Urban Meyer said on Tuesday that he wasn’t sure if suspended defensive lineman Carlos Dunlap would be allowed to play in the Gators’ bowl game, adding that university president Bernie Machen and athletic director Jeremy Foley will be in on the decision. Sounds like Urban has had his disciplinary powers taken away as a result of the embarrassment caused by his 1/2 suspension of starting linebacker Brandon Spikes for gouging an opposing player’s eyes. From the looks of the Gators’ recruiting class, maybe Machen and Foley need to get involved in recruiting, too. Pictured at left with the gun and what looks to be about $16 (dinner for two at Wendy’s) is Leon Orr, 6-4 295lb defensive lineman commitment and “collect money cartel” member. Pictured below with what appear to be gang signs are Orr and DE Lynden Trail, Florida commitments. How can this not turn out well for the Gators? UPDATE on this story

Well done LET. I definitely wouldn’t want my daughter or son anywhere near these two. And I am pretty sure that after most schools saw these photos and did their thorough evaluations there schollies were dropped. Way to go UF, it doesn’t really matter because I doubt these two ever make it to the field. And if they do, I am sure that they will find some way to get suspended.
One: This was taken when in Middle school (He certainly doesn’t look 315 lbs in the picture)
He seems to have certainly grown-up since middle school, which to my experience of being a kid, is what people do…
Two: About the “U”, the 30 arrests in 3 years by UF is WAY too much, but most of those arrest are for fighting, discharging weapon in city limits, stealing a laptop (Now Cam Newton is the #1 JUCO recruit because he was KICKED off of the team) not charges like felony assault, rape, kidnapping, or even the coaches getting arrested by federal officials, or ripping off pell grants with fraud or even the slush fund payments for ‘big hit’ that was handed out by your current head coach, but I guess under aged drinking and throwing sandwiches at people is the same as that stuff. Honestly, what irks me the most is that it shouldn’t happen and it reflects poorly on the University of Florida.
There were no eyes gouged!….Gheesh, when will the moronic references end? THe Jawja RB went back to the huddle following the play w/o so much as rubbing his eyes!. He was in on the next play!…The action was deplorable, but he abviously did NOT gouge an eye! The players and coaches said nothing about this during or after the game!
Spikes may have attempted to do something, and missed, or maybe he was just showing what might happen? Either way, the RB came out the next day and defended him, saying it was no big deal and he didn’t “see” why Spikes should be suspended at all!….If you’re just a hater, OK, fine I understand you slamming w/o regard to facts, but if its you’re just stupid?, then “Get your facts straight, jakash!”
Oh, and yeah, only GATOR recruits have ever posed like that….and ONLY the Gators were actively recrutiing those guys…Gheesh, maybe you are just stupid!
So, “Get Over It” …what you are saying is he was a gun toting thug as early as middle-school. He is 20 yrs old now and posts the picture?? That means he still thinks it’s cool. He says the pics incorrectly depict him????? HE FREAKIN POSTED THEM!!!! What a thug….and the picture at the bottom with the gang signs and insignia is recent.
From Leon Orr himself:
“These Photos are real but they were taken a long time ago i would never jepordize my future with university of florida like that. the pictures were taken in the ninth grade before i even knew i could become a ncaa football player and be critized and also be watched by thousands. i would like to apologize for the photos even being posted but i had never a million years thought such a thing could be posted and taken out of context. these pictures are far from gang related i have never thrown up a gang sign, the sign i am showing is just a representive of my city tarpon springs but never a gang sign i have grown up in violence and drugs all my life and would never sacrifice a way out of my living standards over a picture that has no relevence to gang related activity. And the alleged gun in this photo is just a fake kmart plastic pallet gun”
Nice try, cupcakes. Enjoy your teams’ December bowls / early offseasons.

So to each Canes, Vols, Dawgs, and Noles fan with their holier than thou attitude, how’s your foot taste?
LET says:
“I was at the Championship game… really I am not even a huge football fan so I really could care less.”
Wait, wait…
I smell something…
Smells like… wait… smells just like a nice, big, fresh pile of horse excrement.
Litee3000 says:
“Jeff,
You’re the prime reason why everyone wants Gator fans dead.
UM has never had 24 players arrested in it’s last 25 years let alone the last 4 like you idiots! UF=University of Firearms aka University of Fairy’s.
& the only losers here are you in-breeding jort wearing gator fan acting like you aren’t “the U’s” little brother.
5 NC is more than 3 fluffer!”
Oh boy. This one’s gonna be fun.
1. Ray Lewis killed a man, and Michael Irvin has been arrested multiple times for possession of crack and/or crack peraphernalia*. He also stabbed a fellow player in the neck with a pair of scissors. Just thought we should get it out of way pretty early that Miami players are hardly the bastion** of sainthood.
2. In Miami, there are actual crimes that police officers must attend to. In Gainesville, the only thing police officers have to do is wait downtown for people to exit bars/clubs and arrest them for drunk in public charges.
3. University of Firearms? A Canes player actually had a gun at a game a few years ago.
4. Miami’s football program hasn’t been relevant*** since 2003. Congrats to Randy Shannon on a 9-3 season in the weakest of the BCS conferences.
5. Your grammar is atrocious****.
I know I broke out some big words on you, so here’s a legend with the ones I think you might find a bit challenging*****:
*paraphernalia – used crack pipes, etc.
**bastion – a thing regarded as upholding an attitude, principle, etc
***relevant – worth paying attention to
****atrocious – real bad; the opposite of “crunk”
*****challenging – real hard
Ohhhh Uncle Jemima….Typical. And if you really want to know, that trip was a gift to my fiance who is a huge football fan. Funny that you posted a quote about what he said in regards to his gangster pictures. I think a third grader could see that is a bunch of crap and he is covering his ass because he knows its on the line now. He lived in a neighborhood with drugs and gangsters….and took a picture of himself with a gun throwing up “his cities sign” and he is a good innocent boy right?! They are thugs and like I said before think before you speak gator fans…there is really no argument. It is what it is!
What a couple of thugs. Meyer needs to cut ties soon with these two.
Florida Gaytor football has kept Sunshine State police sires on alert with 25 arrests in the four years since Urban Meyer became head coach! Congrats! Even Urban Meyers is a retard…. you stole Gatorade from FSU, and your coach gets Hospitalized (after bama game) and treated for Dehydration? Was he too stupid to drink Gatorade or water? Just curious…. ha
ps
3 national championships in 103 years…. ironic huh? The Seminoles played in five national championship games between 1993 and 2001, and have claimed the championship twice, in 1993 and 1999. The FSU football team was the most successful team in college football during the 1990s, boasting an 89% winning percentage. FSU also set an NCAA record for most consecutive Top 5 finishes in the AP football poll – receiving placement 14 years in a row, from 1987 to 2000. The Seminoles were the first college football team in history to go wire-to-wire (ranked first place from preseason to postseason) since the AP began releasing preseason rankings in 1936. FSU also owns the record for most consecutive Bowl game victories with 11 between 1985 and 1996. officially designated a Football Dynasty by the NCAA.
Florida State beat the Gaytors in : 1987 1988 1989 1990 1992 1993 1995* 1996 1998 1999 2000 2002 2003.
(Side Note Bobby should have been fired or forced into retirement in 2003/4) The Noles have been a lame duck bc of Bobby for almost a decade.

The day UF has more than 2 straight years of success then talk shit. USC has dominated this decade. FSU dominated the 90’s with Nebraska a close 2nd. Miami dominated the 80’s. Notre Dame and Oklahoma dominated the late 30’s and 40’s. When UF can manage to actually consistently dominate an era then then talk sh*t.
Cam Newton is not the #1 JUCO prospect, lmao @ Get Over It, almost as delusional as a Bama fan!!!
Chip, NEB dominated the 90s, 3 MNC > 2 , sorry guy
Glad to see Uncle Jemima trying to defend Florida by tossing other schools under the bus. And of course the first thing he brings up is what happened at Miami … oh wait, it actually just involved former University of Miami players. None of it actually happened at the University of Miami. It happened during their pro careers? I didn’t know we were keeping track of everything a player did wrong after he to Miami. Well heck, then I guess any other legal affairs Cameron Newton gets into will probably reflect poorly on Florida for all eternity. Now before you start getting all “Don’t tase me bro!” kind of whiney that’s not my point. You’re wrong, you’ll admit it, it’s over.
I honestly don’t know the story of a Miami player with a gun at a game – but I’m fairly positive it hasn’t happened under Randy Shannon. Since he’s taken over there’s only been one charge against any of our players (Robert Marve). Either way though your last non-juvenile response basically shows what’s important to you. Miami football hasn’t been relevant (to you) since 2003 (though I guess it’s a bit funny since we beat you in the 2004 Peach Bowl). That last line makes it pretty clear that though we lead college football academically (Co-recipients of the 2009 Academic Achievement Award with Notre Dame, with a perfect score of a 100 – don’t worry though, Florida still ranked somewhere from 75% to 90% in terms of graduation rates) and we’re doing… well 1/27th the crime you are, I suppose it’s really not worth much – since you know, apparently the ends justify the means for Florida.
But you know what, I don’t even need to debate that either. I just figured I’d give a response to the notion that these AREN’T major situations.
1) Aggravated assault, battery, use of displayed concealed weapon during commission of a felony, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, one count battery, and one count of assault – Ronnie Wilson
Felony theft – Dorian Munroe
2) Misdemeanor possession of marijuana and felony domestic violence by strangulation and felony obstruction of justice – Jacques Rickerson
3) Misdemeanor domestic battery and felony false imprisonment – Avery Atkins
4) Felony burglary, larceny, and obstruction of justice – Cam Newton
5) Felony Burglary and misdemeanor Battery – Marquis Hannah
6) Felony theft – Tony Joiner
7) Misdemeanor property damage, criminal mischief, felony unauthorized use of a credit card, misdemeanor larceny – Jamar Hornsby
9) Felony purchasing of marijuana and misdemeanor possession of marijuana – Brandon James
10) Misdemeanor battery, theft, violation of city ordinance, and disorderly conduct – Dawayne Grace
11) Misdemeanor battery – Jermaine Cunningham
12) Misdemeanor DUI – Carlos Dunlap
13) Misdemeanor violation of a sexual restraining order – Carl Johnson
14) Misdemeanor fighting and resisting arrest – Dustin Doe
15) Misdemeanor fighting and resisting arrest – Janoris Jenkins
16) Misdemeanor possession of marijuana – Louis Murphy
17) Misdemeanor resisting an officer – Riley Cooper
18) Misdemeanor driving with a suspended license – Torrey Davis
19) Misdemeanor driving with a suspended license – Jon Demps
20) Misdemeanor violation of probation – John Curtis
That’s only 25 out of the 27 charges that Florida has had in the 5 years since Urban Meyer. As far as I know that’s a record (that even Miami – with it’s somewhat tarnished old reputation – cannot challenge) and what makes it even worse is as far as I know that’s actually more charges in Florida than draft picks.
woops…
I guess it was a case of a bunch old farts that still treat social networking sites like news sources…
http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2009/writers/andy_staples/12/17/orr-trail/index.html
Burt says “It’s pretty telling that no source is mentioned for these photos. Especially since the one that’s supposedly Trail is the only one of them that looks close who the person it is labeled as and even then there’s a bandanna over his face.”
Wow, you try the denial route, when Orr even ADMITS that is him in the photos? And to the apologists claiming that the photo means nothing, it MEANS that he is claiming that he robbed someone at gunpoint, and that is the 16 bucks he got for the crime.
Those other teams had pulled their offer to those two guys long ago, but Urban liked what he saw and promised them an AK47 upgrade in Gainesville. Our NCAA players Graduate, your Gator players rehabilitate (in prison, that is).
As for saying “Georgia has had 30 under Richt”, Richt has been there much longer. Your crooks per year are about double his.
Uncle Jemima, this is your defense? This has been posted in a bunch of places, with different edits, (spelling and capialization fixed, coherent sentences), but this BABBLE is your proof that he is a good guy? How did he pass the SATs with this writing skill? Oh wait, that’s right, he DID do well enough for UF, but the good schools had to pull their offers when he got a 700 on the SAT.
As for calling all the other teams in the NCAA “cupcakes”, funny how you seem to be afraid to play some “cupcakes” (UM, USC) and yet have a schedule FULL of cupcakes like Troy and Montana State. I guess that makes you an EXPERT on spotting cupcakes, since that was all you saw all season until Alabama exposed you.
Where do you get this BS??? Let’s take a look at your list of “underage drinking and throwing sandwiches”…actually, I won’t bother including the underage drinking and sandwiches. Looks like just a bunch of kids havin some good ole clean fun. Accepting cash from agents, betting on your own football games, assaulting women and children…I only wish we could have aspired to be as wholesome as your Gators.

Wait; the one is of him in Middle School… WTF is he doing with a pistol in Middle School……. I guess New Port Richey is thug paradise now? Really? Thugged out in NPR….
The Gators are not the only one who recruited or is recruiting them.
Looks as if the Gators are turning into the Canes except for the fact that the Canes cant fill dirty stadium in there dirty city with their dirty ass fans.
Chip,
Did you realize that Bobby Bowden’s career record against UF was 17-18-1? The greatest coach in FSU history….the guy that you were too chicken to fire until a month ago…..couldn’t muster a winning record vs. UF. Geeez.
Between this insipid “I’m the leper with the least scabs” blather here, all the recent fun stories about the Rhodes scholars in Knoxville (the clock is also still ticking on the sleaziest man in the world, MR. BRUCE PEARL!!) and the heartwarming story from Alabama about the “dad” who threw his daughter under the bus after she was beaten up by a Tide player; I’m thinking that a degree from a SEC school might not be the best thing to have on a resume if you are looking for a decent job outside the corrections industry.

maybe it’s just me but discharging a weapon within city limits sounds pretty bad. UGA gets crap about being arrested for an expired license, UF gets crap for shooting guns in a city, do you see the difference?
Also, as for the eye gouging incident. There was an intent to harm, he tried to eye gouge and it is blatantly clear. Whether or not he was actually able to do so really does not matter. As for Ealey’s comments, the UGA RB, he has thrown himself under the bus a number of times this year. For that I respect him, how would it have looked if he came out yelling that spikes was trying to eye gouge him? Everyone would’ve called him a wimp, weak, a cry baby, etc.
Urban Meyer is a fucking fraud. These 2 scum bags will never make it through UF without expulsion and or arrests. Bad decision making does not just end once you walk onto a college campus, especially not that campus. Good job Urban, your family must be very proud of you.
First, has anyone looked at how young these kids were when these pictures were taken. The kid with the (PELLET GUN), yes, PELLET GUN and $16 very gangsta of him, was 14 years old. The other kid was 15 and we all do stupid things at that age. I am not saying keeping them is correct but they were just trying to be cool or what they thought was cool at that time in their life. The other kid with the bandanna is from South Florida and that is a total different culture and if you are not from there you would and will not get “IT”.

Bama,
How can you feasibly dis the CANES on their stadium, fans, and city? If you’re really boostin the gators then you would never know what Miami is actually like because you’re too scared to play them! and if you’re for bama….oh, wait, bama doesn’t play them either. Miami may have places like overtown but until you step foot and fight in our house then just shut your mouth. pwn.
Update: http://13psi.com/gators-recruit-signs/
Truth, the canes dont sell out their games, you dont fill your stadium, and you have a crime ridden pooor dirty city = that’s how!
Bama crushed theh canes in ‘92 Sugar Bowl – I dont see yall knocking on thier door to play them anymore or anyone in the SEC for that matter.
Truth,
Miami is a pathetic excuse for a university let alone football team. If Alabama was to come down to Miami, it would’nt even be a game. You would be out played in all aspects of the game and embarresed infront of your pathetic spanish/thug fan base. You were lucky to even beat Florida State let alone come close to Alabama.
Oh yeah…and if you don’t like it; you can kiss our RINGS! Roll Tide!
Where are the pictures of Tim Tebow circumsizing little Philipino boys? That might help bolster Florida’s image for now.
StrongCleanWhiteManWithFamilyTreeThatDoesn’tFork,
You beat Miami in ‘92, congratulations. We crushed you in ‘89. I’m not really sure what either has to do with visiting the University of Miami. Have you ever actually stepped foot in Coral Gables? Or do you just assume the University of Miami is located in the Overtown section of Miami? Just curious, because frankly if you think Coral Gables has a lot of crime – well you should look at your own crime statistics.
(All numbers given are the amount times the national average to achieve city per capita crime statistics)
Coral Gables Tuscaloosa
Murder .9 1.15
Rape .19 1.73
Robbery .72 1.28
Assault .53 .96
All Violent .61 1.17
Burglary 1.19 1.48
Larceny 1.53 1.62
Car Theft .88 .54
Arson .16 .0
All Property 1.38 1.45
So basically, beyond car theft (you guys do have cars there right?) and arson – Tuscaloosa has more crime in every category than Coral Gables. In fact, Tuscaloosa pretty much kicks the national average up a notch. And don’t worry – these crimes are per capita, the fact that you have almost twice as many people as we do doesn’t have an impact. Then again these stats are about five years old – so maybe everything flip-flopped and somehow drastically Coral Gables became a crime-filled cesspool and Tuscaloosa became a wonderful haven of goodness and cheer!
Oh and by the way – when we’re counting championships do we want to count the ones you had pre-World War II? Pre-segregation? Pre-Woodstock? Right. Kinda figured you did. After all, if we didn’t count all those – well you guys lost a lot of relevance in between then and now. But if we do then you’re right! You did better than us when y’all didn’t let StrongCleanBlackMen walk on certain sides of the road.
Hell I’d even take relevance in the last ten years – we’ve got one, you’ve got none. Maybe you can beat Texas and tie us.
Jump – “There were no eyes gouged!…”
Well, it certainly wasn’t for lack of effort! LOL
REGARDLESS of what hapenned in the past Alabama would crush you right now in your stadium.lol

GladImnotyou. Crushed us in ‘89? You must be kidding. You beat us by 8 points. Bill Curry’s last game. You fumbled twice. We recovered both and the official gave you the ball back both times. They gave you 14 points. Go look at the tape. Even the announcers say so. That game that was given to you makes you 1 and 10 against Alabama.
On top of that it was a Bear Bryant disciple that built Miami in Howard Schnellenberger.
It’s unbelievable to see these gator fans, act and cry like their QB when reality HITS them in the nuts. The gators dont have the bling like the Canes do nor do they have a winning record against them. And they dont want to add to the losses by agreeing to play them again on a regular basis…….Foley contends that SEC schedule is hard enough so they can feel good beating 1-AA schools. When they do play a good SEC team…….they get humiliated enough for the coach to go see a Counselor and claim it was for dehydration. The one record that will continue in Gainsville will be with their players making the mugshots……Creyer will have to prove to the world that he was and still is an offensive genius without # 15 and Strong not being there to save his skinny posterior like his defense did so many times this season.
BamaBoots,
Your memory is a bit hazy. You played a home game (practically considering easily 80% of the fans were Alabama fans) and got beat by 8. And the only reason it was THAT close was a late score with 3 minutes left. You think officials gave us two touchdowns? Fine, maybe they blew calls. You’re allowed to gripe about blown calls – they’ve cost us two national championships (against Ohio State and Notre Dame). Of course two blown calls doesn’t mean you win the game (with the exception I suppose of last second plays like us against Ohio State). There’s no guarantee how a game changes – maybe we don’t let you score your late touchdown and two pointer then, and the game still is a Miami win by 2. Nobody knows how the game goes if calls are changed. However, considering our offense went for almost 500 yards on your vaunted defense that day (and yours only went for 252), the only reason you were even remotely close was because of how sloppy we played, and a late score when the game wasn’t in doubt.
Dear BAMA:
If you intend to modify “dirty city” with the pluralized adjective, the word is “their,” not “there.” Also, try “embarassed (as in ass) in front of” in lieu of your preferred spelling, “embaresed infront of.” Although a Canes fan, I’m sorry to refute your stereotype since I’m not a Spanish/thug. My native language is english. What’s yours?
As for StrongCleanWhiteMan’s comment about how we duck the SEC, I give Tennessee credit because it was the only SEC program willing to accept playing us on a home-and-home basis. Before the Swamp Creatures agreed to play us home-and-home earlier this decade, Jeremy Foley insisted on 25,000 tickets for Gator fans. Poor babies wanted to be loved!
